Privacy

Givers Capital ("we") runs a private introduction network at giverscapital.com. This page says what we collect, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

• Applications. Investors give us a name, work email, firm, LinkedIn profile, investor type, check size, stages, sectors, an accredited-investor attestation and an optional note. Founders give us a name, email, role, company details, the raise, traction, an optional deck (PDF) and founder bios.
• Account activity. Sign-in links you request, deals you save, introduction requests you make or approve, and Drop opt-in choices.
• Technical data. IP address and browser type on form submissions, used only for abuse prevention.
• Email addresses left for the early-interest list, grant reminders and firm profile claims.

How we use it

• To read and vet applications, by a person.
• To show approved investors deal details and to make introductions by email after both sides agree.
• To send transactional email: sign-in links, approval notices, intro requests and intros. To send the Givers Monthly Drop and grant reminders only to people who opted in. Every marketing email has an opt-out.
• To keep the site working and stop abuse.

Who sees it

• Deal cards are anonymous. A founder's company name, deck and bios are shown only to approved investors, and the deck only after the founder approves that investor's request.
• An investor's name and firm reach a founder only after the founder approves the introduction.
• Our email provider (Postmark) processes the messages we send. We do not sell personal data.

Keeping and deleting

We keep applications and decks while the account is active. Email hello@evyai.com to see, correct or delete your data; decks are deleted on request.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in. One browser setting remembers light or dark mode. Draft applications are saved in your own browser until you submit. No advertising cookies.
