What Givers Capital is

Not investment advice. Givers Capital is a private introduction network. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or funding portal, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. "Vetted" means a person on our team reviewed the materials a founder provided; it is not a recommendation or a guarantee. Investing in startups is risky and you can lose your entire investment. Do your own diligence and talk to your own advisers. Sponsored placements are labeled and paid for by the company shown.

What "Vetted" means

"Vetted" means a person on our team reviewed the materials a founder provided and ran the four checks described on the How vetting works page. It is a review, not a recommendation, an audit or a guarantee. Deals marked "Not vetted" are still in review.

Who may apply

Investor accounts are for accredited investors and people who invest professionally on behalf of a firm, as attested in the application. Deal details, decks and introductions are provided only to approved investors. Founders must be authorized to represent the company they submit.

Your obligations

Give accurate information and keep it current.
Keep deal details and decks confidential. Do not share them outside your firm or use them for any purpose other than evaluating an investment.
Do not scrape the site, contact founders outside the introduction process, or misrepresent your role.

Fees

Applying and being listed are free. We never charge a percentage of money raised or invested, and we do not hold funds. Paid placements are flat fees, labeled "Sponsored", and described on the Sponsorship disclosure page.

No advice, no warranty

Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Givers Capital is not liable for any loss arising from an investment, an introduction or the use of this site.

Accounts and termination

We can decline or remove any application, deal or account at our discretion, and we will say why when we can.
